Football Seating/Parking Priorities

    1. Every contributor must maintain their current level of giving to maintain priority seating in Neyland Stadium
    2. No seat location can be guaranteed. All priorities are filled on an "as available" basis.
    3. Road game tickets arefilled on an "as available" basis using the VASF point system. A "NEW" Mountaineer ($2500) level donor is virtually guaranteed the opportunity to buy two tickets to each away game, (and SEC CHanmpionship and Bowl game provided Tennessee is invited to participate). A Bronze donor ($5000) would have the opportunity to purchase four tickets for these events.
    4. New season tickets orders and change/improvement request applications are considered in the following order:
      1. Annual Giving Category, i.e Gold Victor, Silver, Bronze, Mountaineer, etc.
      2. Overall Donor rank among all VASF donors.
    5. *Please note that depending on donor level, the number of tickets requested/affected may also be considered in that a request for two tickets receives priority over a request for four tickets.

    6. Many donors ask "What it Takes" to sit in various locations. in response to these questions, the VASF is happy to provide these general guidelines based on previous demand, expected availability and anticipated participation. These estimates apply for new improved ticket locations.
    Lower Level Upper Level
West sideline Sections R-W $2,500-5,000 per pair West Sideline Sections RR-WW $1,000-2,500 per pair
East sideline Sections A-C** $1,000 East Sideline Sections AA-CC** $1,000-2,500
South End Zone Sections G-Q $1,000 South End Zone Sections GG-QQ $500
North Endzone Sections X1-Z15 $1,000 North End Zone SectionsXX1-ZZ15 $1,000
**The VASF does not have any priority seats in sections D-F, or DD-FF. Rows 1-2 $5,000
    Rows 3-12 $500-1,000
    Rows 13-26 $1,000-2,500
*These gift amounts do not guarantee seasts in any location in Neyland Stadium. They merely are to provide new dones with an idea of the approximate amount it takes to sit in a specific seat based upon the 2003 season. All amounts are listed as donation per pair of seats.

    • It is crucial that donors send in their ticket orders and payments correctly and by all deadlines. If a donor has not received his/her tickets application by early April please call the VASF office for a new application. If a donor misses a tickets deadline for any reason it is very difficult to get the seats/priorities they want.
    • Donors who wish to sit with friends who are donors must send in their applications together for home and road games. For home games these request should also be sent in writing to the VASF office. All seast affected will be assigned according to the donor with the lowest VASF priority.

Away Game Projection

As a benefit of membership, VASF donors receive first priority for away game tickets.

The following projections have been made based upon donor demand for previous games, which has shown that 65%-80% of eligible donors purchase the tickets for which they are qualified. Demand for some games will exceed demand for others thus varying the number of donors able to receive tickets for each game. Please consult the rank/point estimates to determine your standing.

Away game tickets are allocated by level and assigned to a location according to rank

Additional Parking Guidelines

  1. VASF gifst must be received by March 1 each year to enable a donor to receive a parking pass application.
  2. The parking application must be returned by the stated deadline, along with payment in full, to receive a parking pass.
  3. Handicapped parking is assigned by University Parking Services and is extremely limited. Request for handicapped parking must be accompanied by a state handicapped placard each year. The handicapped individual must be in the vehicle to park in the assigned lot. The handicapped individual's name will be on the parking pass and identification will be requested by the office in the lot. There is no charge for handicapped parking.
  4. Please advise the VASF office at the time you order your pass if you plan to use a high-top van as some of the University's garages will not accommodate this type of vehicle.
