The Big Orange TipOff Club mission statement is to develop, promote, and
advance the interests of all University of Tennessee basketball fans by
providing a forum for both educational and entertainment value to all members;
and to provide for the enhancement of collegiate basketball relations amongst
the Volunteer community.
